Jackie Bullivant is an experienced training and development consultant working mainly in UK, Kent, Jersey and Guernsey. Since 1994, she has worked with a wide range of organisations across many sectors, specialising in the design and delivery of a variety of bespoke training services. This is achieved by partnering with key personnel to understand the business needs and delegate learning objectives in order to ensure that any of our bespoke training or consultancy provided results in the best possible outcome for all concerned.
Jackie's background is in the Finance industry where she held a management position for a number of years until embarking on a career in training and development during 1993. Her personal development in this role began in Canada where she trained to be a trainer and gained accreditation to deliver a variety of training programmes.
As a Company Director of Priority Management and then later as a Director of Training and Development for a Human Resource Company, Jackie expanded her knowledge, skill and accreditation base to include the design and implementation of Assessment and Development Centres, as well as receiving a merit award for the Belbin Interplace and Team Role course. Jackie has been awarded a Distinction in an HND in Business and Management by the Brighton School of Business and Management. She is also accredited to design and facilitate Assessment and Development Centres, and is an accredited associate for Belbin Team Role Methodology.
In October 2002, Jackie launched her own company ‘Platform 4 Training'. The focus is on ‘in-house' training and consultancy services. Rather than the ‘open' course route, Jackie believes in the greater value of the ‘in-house' partnership approach which enables the ability to track skill application back in the workplace more easily and measure improvements in performance as a result.
