Why was Platform 4 Training established?
Over many years, Jackie has gained a great deal of experience in delivering ‘open', generic training programmes to groups of individuals with varying experience and skill levels. Without follow up or evaluation of training, then delegates, managers and the organisation are sometimes unable to assess the value of the training provided or identify performance improvements.
With a strong desire to more effectively transport the learning back to the workplace, Jackie now works closely with employees and employers to accurately identify specific training needs, to fully understand these in line with the business requirements and corporate objectives. The result is the design of a bespoke product, which is ‘best fit' for each situation.

What is the duration of the training initiatives?
Flexibility is the key word for training delivery. The choice made depends upon the type of training required, the number of delegates to undergo the training, and the ongoing business needs during the training sessions.
Duration can vary as follows:
- Modules with or without course work between modules
- Short two or three hour sessions
- Half days
- Full days
Where does Platform 4 Training deliver its training?
Currently, training is delivered in the offshore locations of Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and London.
