Managing Meetings
Course Aims
Anyone who has to organise, run or participate in meetings knows how much time and energy can be wasted by them. You may find many of the meetings you attend frustrating experiences; you are unable to express an opinion or achieve the desired outcomes. Poorly managed meetings can result in good ideas not being heard or shot down without proper consideration. This training will help you to create valuable meetings which achieve the right results.
This half day course will look at the causes of ineffective meetings and the solutions to the challenges faced in the busy workplace.
