Managing Conflict
Course Aims
Conflict is often needed to raise and address problems; help people to learn to recognise and appreciate their differences; encourage people to contribute to the team. Yet when conflict is not properly managed it becomes a serious problem.
Unmanaged, high level or low level conflict within teams and between individuals can be destructive. Work will suffer, motivation levels will fall and disagreements will escalate.
This one-day course will uncover the reasons behind human workplace conflict and will provide delegates with a range of strategies for dealing with this in the future.
