Course Aims

This two day programme aims to equip managers for their role as ‘change agents'.  

The course will focus on human reactions to change and how change can affect the performance of both the individuals and teams.  Delegates will explore the benefits and opportunities that change provides and develop proactive strategies to manage change successfully.

The course is highly participative with relevant activities and games included to aid learning.
