Course Aims

This two day programme aims to define the role of a leader and explores the differences between being a manager and being a leader.  Today, managers are often called upon to demonstrate leadership abilities within their management role.   

The programme leads delegates through key leadership competencies, encouraging self assessment and identification of areas for development.  The training will provide guidance, practical tools, techniques and activities which aim to maximise learning, achieve improvement and bring lasting change.
