Course Aims

This two day training programme is designed to equip new managers with the foundation of key skills and knowledge essential for successful management.

Delegates will have the opportunity to explore the many different aspects of their role and learn how ‘soft skills' will produce ‘hard results'.

The course is highly participative and encourages self assessment of strengths and areas for improvement.
