Essential Management Skills: Modules
Course Objectives
This management training programme has been designed to be held as a series of twelve modules of two hours duration. Delegates will have the opportunity to observe, experience or apply the skills back in the workplace between modules, which will help to accelerate learning.
The programme aim is to equip delegates with the key skills and knowledge essential for successful management. It will provide a foundation for managers, as they analyse the many different aspects of their role and learn how ‘soft skills' produce ‘hard results'.
Opportunity will be given for each individual delegate to assess their own particular strengths and areas for improvement. They will have one or two short tasks to complete within their learning guide between modules and from module two onwards, the modules will begin with a review of the previous one achieving re-enforcement of key learning points.
Throughout the modules the aim is to achieve a high level of delegate participation with a range of group or paired activities and relevant thought provoking games. Each module builds upon skill levels, promoting involvement and maximising learning.
