Coaching And Mentoring
Course Aims
This one-day programme is designed to provide delegates with processes and key skills for coaching and mentoring staff either under their supervision or from a different area of the business.
Throughout the course, the participants will be encouraged to consider their areas of strength and where they need to improve their coaching and mentoring techniques. They will explore how to deal with poor performance, challenge attitudes, mindsets and blockages to motivation in others.
The course will be highly participative with practical exercises, group discussion and action planning to aid learning.
