Outdoor Team Building
Team building outdoors can be great fun and need not be too vigorous. We can agree the design of the day including the type of activities you wish the team to experience. Depending upon your learning objectives, the day can be simply a fun day for bonding team relationships, or, it can help to resolve team issues.
As a guide, the activities will develop team characteristics such as, support and trust, communication, knowledge sharing, problem solving and leadership etc. These activities are ground based and can include climbing, abseiling and water sports. All equipment will be provided.
We will ensure that the day is correctly insured against personal injury (although we don't anticipate any!), and that delegates complete a brief form for medical care purposes.
This outdoor programme can be held on either Saturdays or Sundays, or during school holidays.
The event will have two instructors, one of which is fully qualified in outdoor activities.
