Course Aims
This one day course will equip delegates with the key skills for successful recruitment interviewing.
Delegates will consider the importance of accurate planning and preparation leading to effective interview techniques. The course aims to improve the interviewers' skills in framing open questions and using the candidate's response as a guide to more detailed investigation of experience and suitability for the job vacancy.
This course is designed to be a highly participative introduction to recruitment interviewing.
