Course Aims
This one-day course aims to provide delegates with the skills necessary to improve their communication styles, in order to make the most of every opportunity to influence and persuade others.
An in-depth exploration of the process of communication will enable the participants to understand the impact of behaviour and its' effect upon relationships. Delegates will learn how to adapt their communication style to gain the best results in a variety of different circumstances.
The day will include small group activities, practical exercises and skills practise.
