Creative Thinking
Course Aims
The speed and pace of change in business today requires increasing flexibility, adaptation and innovation.
This two day workshop to help individuals develop self-understanding and to use a variety of practical tools and techniques to become more creative. It is highly participative; deliberately challenging participants to review existing perspectives and consider alternative ways of working.
The approach throughout the course is on "showing, doing and experiencing". Some of the tools are easy to pick up and some of will take more practice. At the end of the course delegates will be motivated to go and try these techniques in the workplace in order to generate ideas and develop areas!
