Rose-Marie Gray – Training Consultant
I am delighted to welcome Rose-Marie Gray as a freelance Training Consultant working within Platform 4 Training Ltd. I have known and worked alongside Rose for many years and I am confident she will make an extremely positive contribution to the company and the training we offer.Rose is an experienced Training Consultant having worked in learning and development for nearly 20 years. During this time she has worked in the retail, legal and financial sectors.
In the mid 1990's, she became TDLB (Training and Development Lead Body) qualified and has continued to attend courses and gain qualifications in numerous IT and soft skills areas.
Rose has held a range of training roles during her career, including IT Training Manager for a large retail firm based across the Channel Islands, Head of Training in a multi-jurisdictional law and financial services firm and a Training Consultant for a local human resources company.
At Platform 4 Training, Rose will be specialising in delivering a variety of soft skills programmes including Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Customer Service, Time Management and Telephone Skills.
