Director Profile
Jackie Bullivant is an experienced training and development consultant working mainly in Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and London. Since 1994, she has worked with a wide range of organisations across many sectors, specialising in the design and delivery of a variety of training initiatives. This is achieved by partnering with key personnel to understand the business needs and delegate learning objectives in order to ensure that any training or consultancy provided results in the best possible outcome for all concerned.
Jackie's background is in the Finance industry where she held a management position for a number of years until embarking on a career in training and development during 1993. Her personal development in this role began in Canada where she trained to be a trainer and gained accreditation to deliver a variety of training programmes.
As a Company Director of Priority Management and then later as a Director of Training and Development for a local Human Resource Company, Jackie expanded her knowledge, skill and accreditation base to include the design and implementation of Assessment and Development Centres, as well as receiving a merit award for the Belbin Interplace and Team Role course. She is the Channel Island representative for Belbin team roles.
In October 2002, Jackie launched her own company ‘Platform 4 Training'. The focus is on ‘in-house' training and consultancy services. Rather than the ‘open' course route, Jackie believes in the greater value of the ‘in-house' partnership approach which enables the ability to track skill application back in the workplace more easily and measure improvements in performance as a result.
